My sweet friend Maren asked me to take a few pictures of a few of her clients.
We really wanted to showcase the lashes because they are just SO beautiful!
It was different to me to do portraits from just the neck up but it was a fun challenge.
If you are thinking of doing eyelash extensions, Maren is the girl to go to!
A full set starts at just $55.00 (such a good deal) and fills are $50.00
And look how beautiful they are! 
I LOVE mine! They make getting ready so easy.

My beautiful friend Tia is just starting up a business called Celise Artistry.
 She styles hair & does make up for engagements shoots, bridals, weddings, prom etc.
We decided to get a couple models together and do a shoot. 
 She does such a good job. These models looked so fab!
Oh how I wish she could come get me ready every morning....
My life would be so much easier.. and so much more glamorous.

They are so hilarious and I think we were all laughing the majority of the shoot. 
I went to high school with the both of them so it's so fun to see them so in love and happy together.

It's been so much fun to work with Violet Hill Boutique and I look forward to working with them in the future as well. If you haven't checked out their store, you need to! Especially you girls out there getting ready to take engagement pictures. This is the perfect place to come to get the killer outfit. They just had their spring line ship in and everything is to die for! Thanks to all you cuties that models for us! It was so great to meet all of you. Cache Valley really does have the prettiest gals around. All of the clothes, purses & jewlery that these cute girls are wearing are from Violet Hill. After editing these photos, I know now that I'm officially in LOVE with that rust/orange colored jacket. I'm buying that asap.  So cute right?!

The blue eyed boy in these pictures... He's pretty amazing.
He's my manager, accountant, #1 cheerleader, guinea pig, financial planner, and many other things.
And it sure helps that he's easy on the eyes. (Don't worry.. he's my husband so I can say that.)
Well this weekend we received a new addition to our family.
The CANON 5D MARK II! Full Frame heaven. 2012 clients.. get excited!
I'm in LOVE! I shot a wedding with her yesterday but couldn't resist taking her out today for a mini shoot. 
I got some new bio pics and got some super studly ones of Ryan. 
 Thanks for being a good sport honey. I know how badly you hate your picture taken.

December was a beautiful and crazy month.
It was SO busy with weddings & sessions.
So this month I'm going to try and post a few from each of the weddings I did in December.

Because Sami Jo Photography has been so busy we decided to raise our prices. See new prices here. Last month I only had two days (Christmas and the day after) where I didn't have a shoot or a wedding. Awesome right?! A big THANK YOU to all of my clients. If you have already booked with me for 2012, I will honor my 2011 pricing. I plan to do at least 6 giveaways this year. So continue to follow my blog for specials and giveaways!
