my brother and his cute family.

I love taking pictures of my family. When ever I see my brother and his lovely family (which isn't very often) we always try to snap a few family photos. My sister-in-law Jodie and I always have to talk Clay into it and Hallie runs away when ever I lift up the camera. We still always manage to get a couple good ones in. With the help of my dad "Papa" we got Hallie to actually look at the camera and smile for a few.  I love these three so much. I'm a lucky girl to have them in my life.

A big thanks to Aunt Jenny for letting us steal your Falcon for a little while.

What a beautiful family! Katie lived next door to me growing up and I've always looked up to her so much! And I still do. She's always had a big smile and has always been so much fun to be around. I'm so happy she married someone just as nice as she is. I'm so glad Katie passed on her big smile to her son. He's going to be quite the heartbreaker. I had so much fun with this session. Sierer family, you're the best!

I already did a post on these beautiful girls but as I was editing and going through their images today I just really wanted to share some more. If you missed the first post. Check it out here. I get to go to this farm again tomorrow. This time I get to ride a horse!

I'm really behind on blogging right now, so I thought I tried to catch up before my big week next week. I have 6 sessions scheduled next week! It's going to be a blast. This engagement session was so much fun. I've known Erica since she was a little girl and it's so fun to her so happy and in love. These two were up for anything and were so easy to photograph. I did manage to embarrass myself of course. I kept calling Cory by Erica's brothers name. I kept saying," Hey Matt come over here now, Hey Matt do this." We had a good laugh about it.

I had so much fun with this shoot. One of my favorites to date. Give me blue skies, horses, wide open spaces, and a warm sunset and I'm in Heaven. I am now so in love with Lewiston, Utah and officially want to grow old there. This little red head was so fun to shoot. She has so much personality and definitely wasn't camera shy! That makes my job a lot easier. After the shoot Mandy took me on a Ranger ride around Lewiston. My job sounds tough doesn't it?

I went to high school with Kayla and I always thought she was the sweetest girl. We had so much fun on this shoot and clients like her make me love my job even more. Thanks for making the shoot so great Kayla. You're beautiful!

Meet my best friend, sister-in-law, and the designer of my blog. This is Jordan. I feel so lucky to have her in my life. We always joke that she married my brother because we were meant to be sisters. ;) Jodie has been such a support to me in life and with my photography. She has been one of my biggest cheerleaders. I'm so grateful for her and I love her so much! She is one of the most creative people I know. I mean isn't my blog layout awesome?  I love it. Follow her blog here and if want to spruce up your blog shoot her an email. Thanks for everything Jodes, I just love ya so gosh dang much!

I was driving from lunch today when I spotted this cute lady riding her bike around. Right when I saw her I wanted to know her story and I wanted to take photos of her. Of course I didn't have my camera with me so I ran home and grabbed in and then drove around looking for this adorable lady. I found her riding her bike by house so I pulled over and starting chasing her down. Right when I started talking to her I just fell in love with her. What I learned about Donna today.
1. She's 81 and still does bike races.
2. She hates cats and loves dogs (I do too Donna. you go girl)
3. She has 4 kids who love biking as well.
4. She lives 2 minutes away from me.
5. Her bike was given to her years ago and she's still trying to figure out how old it actually is.
6. She road this bike to work for 15 years.
7. We exchanged numbers and we planned a bike ride together for next week.
8. Her and my Pom Pom should meet. They would totally be BFF's.

I'm not ready for my baby sis to grow up. I  can't believe she will be a senior this year. Megan Marie brightens everyone's day. Look at that smile! And those dimples! She's so talented with the guitar and even writes her own songs. I'm a proud big sister that's for sure. I love you Meg!
